Such unpretentious sandwiches or croutons with potatoes are delicious both hot and cold. For example, you can take them with you on the road, for a picnic or for a snack to work.

  1. Cut the loaf and / or long loaf into slices or pieces of the desired size.
  2. Chop the onion finely.
  3. Grate potatoes and combine with onions.
  4. Add eggs, salt, and optionally garlic and / or aromatic herbs. Stir the filling until smooth.

  6. Fry the sandwiches as follows: in vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat, first with the potato side, and then with the bread side.
