Absolutely simple, uncomplicated cake, loved by all members of our family. The recipe was inherited from our grandmother, unchanged. I cook it often, especially when dear guests are on the doorstep, and time is running out. The dough is prepared for ten minutes, the cake itself is baked for a little over half an hour. Can be done with apples, pears, or both. Not a very photogenic comrade, but this is fully compensated by his taste :)

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Grease the prepared form with oil (d = 28 cm)
  2. Beat eggs and sugar very well with a mixer (at least five minutes), then add sour cream and mix everything.
  3. Add sifted flour and beat again with a mixer.
  4. Pour the melted butter into the dough and beat again. Cut the apples into small pieces (cubes or slices) and put them in a mold. Pour the dough over the top and sprinkle with cinnamon. Put in the oven. If the top is baked, but not yet inside, cover with foil, lower the heat to 160 degrees and bake until tender
