Sleeve baked chicken with quince and potatoes

The combination of chicken meat with quince is simply amazing! Cook chicken with quince and potatoes in the oven - there will be no indifferent among your relatives and guests! Ruddy chicken in garlic-honey marinade, fragrant quince and tender potatoes ... Very tasty!

  1. Wash the chicken, dry it with napkins, put it in a bowl. Sprinkle with chicken seasoning, add a pinch of salt.
  2. Pass the garlic through a press, add to the chicken.
  3. Add honey.
  4. With our hands, coat the chicken with spices, garlic and honey well. Set aside the chicken to marinate for 30 minutes.
  5. Wash the quince, dry it and cut into slices, removing the seed pods.
  6. Heat the butter in a frying pan and fry the quince slices over high heat on both sides for 2 minutes (make sure that the butter does not burn).
  7. Wash the potatoes well with a brush under running water (potatoes with a thin skin can not be peeled), dry them with napkins. Cut the potatoes into medium slices. Add salt, ground pepper and olive oil. Mix the potatoes well with spices and butter.
  8. Put the fried quince and chopped potatoes in a bag or baking sleeve.
  9. Then we put the marinated chicken in a bag (sleeve).
  10. We tie the bag (sleeve) tightly, put it in the mold and send it to the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, for 30-40 minutes. Then we take it out of the oven, carefully cut the bag and send the chicken with quince and potatoes to the oven under the grill for another 10-12 minutes to get a golden brown crust.
