Unusual, easy to prepare, delicious soup.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. In the multicooker bowl, put the meat on the bone, chopped carrots, onions and potatoes.
  2. Add chili pepper, chopped bell pepper and celery. Don't forget to salt.
  3. Pour the contents of the bowl with the desired amount of boiling water (up to the maximum mark). We mix. We close the lid of the multicooker, turn on the STEW or SOUP mode, set the cooking time - 1 hour. Owners of multicookers with a power of no more than 600-700 watts, do not forget to wait until the soup boils in the STEAM COOKING mode.
  4. While the soup base is cooking, make the cheese balls. To do this, in a bowl, mix the grated cheese with butter at room temperature.
  5. Let's add flour.
  6. Let's knead the dough. The dough should be put in the refrigerator for about half an hour.
  7. After 30 minutes, take the dough out of the fridge and form into balls.
  8. After the multicooker signal to prepare the base for our soup, open the lid, add cheese balls and bay leaf. Close the lid, set the STEAM COOKING mode for 10-15 minutes.
  9. The original delicious soup is ready!
