A very homemade cake consisting of two layers and a sweet cream of cream cheese and butter. We add grated carrots, pieces of juicy pineapple and ground cinnamon to the dough for cakes, which makes this cake unlike others. A simple decoration of large walnut crumbs completes the homemade look of a sweet treat.

  1. Prepare the ingredients.
  2. Nuts can be pre-dried, for example, in an oven at 190 ° C - it will take about 8 minutes. Stir every 3-4 minutes with a spatula so that the nuts change position.
  3. Prepare the crusts.
  4. Grate the peeled carrots on a fine grater.
  5. Finely chop the pineapples.
  6. In a bowl, mix flour, salt, soda, baking powder, sugar and cinnamon.
  7. Add eggs and vegetable oil. Mix with a mixer.
  8. Add pineapple and carrots to the dough.
  9. Preheat the slightly cooled oven to 180 degrees.
  10. Divide the dough in half. Form (mine - with a diameter of 20 cm) cover with parchment and pour half the dough into it.
  11. Bake at 180 degrees for about 25-30 minutes. Bake the second part of the dough in the same way.
  12. Ready cakes free from parchment and cool.
  13. Prepare cream.
  14. Beat softened butter with vanilla and cream cheese, gradually adding powder.
  15. Collect cake.
  16. Lubricate the cake with one third of the cream.
  17. Put the second cake on top.
  18. Spread the remaining cream on the top and sides of the cake.
  19. Chop the walnuts not too finely.
  20. Decorate a spicy carrot cake with pineapples and butter-cheese cream with nuts.
  21. Send the cake to the refrigerator for 3 hours to soak.
  22. Cut the carrot cake into portions and serve.
  23. Enjoy your meal!
