This Banana Sponge Cake is quick and easy to make. I bake a biscuit in a slow cooker, but you can also in the oven.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Beat eggs until fluffy. Add sugar and baking powder. Whisk until the sugar dissolves.
  2. Add the sifted flour to the egg mixture and mix until smooth.
  3. Lubricate the multicooker bowl with butter and pour the biscuit dough. Bake in the "Bake" mode for 50 minutes (you may have more or less minutes, depending on the power of the slow cooker).
  4. Here is a biscuit.
  5. Cut the biscuit into 2 cakes.
  6. Beat sour cream and condensed milk until creamy.
  7. Spread biscuit cake with cream.
  8. Put bananas and smear with cream again (it will soak better).
  9. Cover with a second cake and coat with cream. Decorate as you wish (I garnished with the remaining banana slices and shredded coconut).
  10. Remove the biscuit cake to the refrigerator for soaking.
