Airy cakes with a pleasant berry flavor are perfect for home tea drinking or gatherings with friends. Cakes are made from biscuit dough with butter, they are soft and tender. Jam can be used any, but it is better with sourness.

  1. Break eggs into a bowl and add sugar.
  2. Beat eggs with sugar in a mixer until fluffy.
  3. Butter should be soft.
  4. Add the butter to the egg-sugar mixture, beat everything together. Turn on the oven and heat up to 190 degrees.
  5. Gradually add flour mixed with baking powder.
  6. Knead a thick homogeneous dough.
  7. Line a 32x20 cm baking sheet with parchment paper. Lay out half of the dough in a layer of about 1 cm, smooth with a spatula.
  8. Bake the cake for 15 minutes until light golden brown. Readiness to check with a dry wooden stick. Alternately bake 2 identical biscuit cakes.
  9. Cut the finished cakes so that you get 6 identical rectangles.
  10. Coat each cake with jam, stacking them one on top of the other.
  11. Thus, smear all biscuit cakes, except for the top one.
  12. Cover the cakes with paper on top, put a load (for example, a cutting board) and leave for 40 minutes.
  13. Then remove the load, sprinkle the cake with powdered sugar.
  14. Cut the cake into rectangular cakes.
