Lavash apple strudel is a delicious variation on a classic dessert. It has a crispy crust and fragrant filling, which in the morning in combination with a cup of fragrant coffee will create a great mood for the whole day.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. To begin, prepare the filling. Wash the apples, cut out the core, chop them into small pieces, and pour lemon juice.
  2. Melt 35 g of butter in a frying pan, and add apples, sugar, and ground cinnamon. Cook the filling over medium heat for 15 minutes. Add the crackers to the apples, and mix gently so that the fruit does not lose its shape.
  3. Spread the pita on the table, grease with butter, and leave for a couple of minutes. Repeat the same process with the second pita. Distribute the filling evenly, roll up the roulettes and place them on a baking sheet. Grease the tops of pita bread with egg yolk. Bake the strudels in a preheated oven for 15-20 minutes. Before serving, sprinkle the dessert with powdered sugar.
  4. Bon appetit!
