Sturgeon fish soup with tomato paste

Ingredients

  1. Cut off the head and tail of the sturgeon, wash, put them in a saucepan, add water and cook for about 25 minutes (do not boil too much). After boiling, cover with a lid, pepper and salt.
  2. Cut the onion into small cubes, grate the carrots, fry the mixture in butter, add a couple of spoons of broth and a spoonful of tomato, season with pepper, your favorite spices and salt a little. Close the lid and simmer for 10 minutes.
  3. Remove the fish from the finished broth, cool slightly, remove the bones and skin, divide into pieces and return to the pan.
  4. Add potato cubes, onion and carrots to the fish, let the sturgeon soup with tomato paste boil, reduce the heat and boil for a few minutes. Pour the fish soup into plates, sprinkle with herbs, serve with lemon.
