Mascarpone cream cheese tiramisu dessert. Biscuit cookies soaked in tangerine juice.

Ingredients

  1. Peel and grind tangerines in a blender.
  2. Separate the yolks into a separate bowl.
  3. Add sugar to yolks. Whisk.
  4. Add mascarpone.
  5. Beat again until smooth.
  6. Whip the cream separately.
  7. Mix cream with yolk-cheese mass.
  8. Whisk the whites lightly. Salt.
  9. Whip egg whites to soft peaks. Add proteins to the bulk. Mix gently.
  10. Dip half of the biscuits one at a time into the tangerine juice, so that the savoiardi are slightly soaked, but keep their shape.
  11. Put the biscuits soaked in juice in a mold.
  12. Pour half of the cream on top and spread evenly.
  13. Then lay out the remaining biscuits soaked in tangerine juice and the remaining cream.
  14. Sprinkle the dessert with grated white chocolate.
  15. Enjoy your meal!
