There are so many cool recipes in the world that we still need to try! Today is a "double blow"! Very thin fried pies with two types of toppings, or stuffed tortillas. Whatever you call it, it turns out delicious! Cook for health!

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Let's start by making the dough. Cakes-pies on kefir, dough without yeast, minimum products.
  2. We take a larger bowl, send there an egg, kefir, salt, baking powder. Add 1 tbsp. spoon of vegetable oil and mix.
  3. Gradually introduce sifted flour.
  4. Knead the dough. After a few minutes of kneading, we get a sticky dough. Do not add more flour, we need such a dough.
  5. Pour the rest of the oil on top and knead a little more. Cover the bowl with a lid and let the dough rest for 30 minutes.
  6. During this time, we will prepare the filling, even two.
  7. Fry the minced meat with onions, salt and pepper.
  8. Peel the potatoes, wash and cook in salted water until tender (20-25 minutes), drain the water.
  9. Add dry garlic and salt to the boiled potatoes to taste. Crush mashed potatoes. You can add dried dill greens.
  10. Flour the table and dough well. Roll out the dough into a thin layer (3-4 mm).
  11. Using a mold, cut out small blank circles from the dough. The diameter of my mold is 8.5 cm.
  12. Put a teaspoon of potato filling on a circle of dough.
  13. Cover the filling with another circle of dough on top.
  14. We pinch the edges well. Lightly roll out the filled cakes with a rolling pin to make the cakes even thinner.
  15. Fry thin pies with potatoes in a pan in a little oil on both sides.
  16. In exactly the same way, we prepare kefir cakes (thin pies) with meat.
  17. That's how easy and simple it turned out a whole mountain of delicious thin pies, or cakes with a filling. I liked pies with meat more, well, I just love meat more than potatoes. :)
