The classic fish pie does not require complicated ingredients. Snow-white fillets, eggs and green onions are a win-win combination. It is not at all necessary to wait for the holiday to pamper your loved ones

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Prepare the dough. Place the knife and board in the refrigerator beforehand to keep them cold. Pour flour onto a board, add salt and mix with chopped chilled butter into fine crumbs. Pour it into a bowl, add cold sour cream and knead the dough with a spoon. Collect it in a ball, wrap it in plastic wrap and refrigerate while you prepare the filling.
  2. Cut the tilapia fillet into large pieces.
  3. Boil the eggs and peel. Cut eggs and onions into small cubes. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet and saute the onion for 3-4 minutes until golden brown. Add fish and fry for 4-5 minutes. Add eggs, sour cream and finely chopped parsley, stir, salt and chill.
  4. Separate a third from the dough and roll both pieces into layers 5 mm thick. Transfer the baking dish to a larger layer, form the sides. Place the filling on the dough, cover with a second layer and pinch the edges, carefully forming a seam.
  5. Cut off the excess dough, make a small hole in the center of the "lid" of the pie to let the steam out. Beat the egg with a fork and brush over the cake with a cooking brush.
  6. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C and bake the pie 35-40 minutes until golden brown. Serve warm.
