Tiramisu with ricotta cheese and raspberries

  1. Blend together (using your kitchen tool) the ricotta, vanilla, yogurt, powdered sugar, mascarpone until smooth. Dip half of the biscuit biscuits in sherry and place on the bottom of a 28x22 cm dish. Put half of the cheese cream on the biscuits. Sprinkle with berries. Dip the remaining biscuits in the sherry and place over the raspberries. Spread the second half of the cream evenly over the berries. Place in refrigerator for at least 1 hour. Sprinkle the tiramisu with cocoa before serving and enjoy a delicate dessert!
