Traditional vegetable gazpacho

Traditional vegetable gazpacho

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Wash and dry all vegetables thoroughly. Place the tomatoes in boiling water for 15 seconds, remove the skin, remove the seeds. Peel the peppers, cucumber and cut the vegetables into small cubes.
  2. Peel and chop the garlic. Also cut the white bread into cubes. Place prepared ingredients in a large container. Grind the thyme separately and add to the vegetables.
  3. Stir, salt. Add vinegar and lemon juice. Grind all vegetables in a blender and rub through a strainer. Pour olive oil into a traditional vegetable gazpacho. Pour the soup into bowls and eat.
