Favorite apple pie by many. It so happened that I tried this pie for the first time this year, how delicious and tender it is.

  1. Sour cream 70 g and butter at room temperature, beat until smooth, combine with flour mixed with baking powder. Knead an elastic dough. Cover a form 24 cm in diameter with baking paper, distribute the dough in the form, forming the sides.
  2. Sour cream 250 g, starch, sugar and vanilla sugar, mix with eggs. Cut the apples into thin slices, sprinkle with lemon juice, put in a mold with dough, pour over sour cream, bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 30-40 minutes. Cool the cake completely and then release it from the mold.
