This version of cold soup with a delicate avocado and a light base with a subtle nutty flavor is suitable for a raw food diet, but will appeal to all lovers of unusual combinations.

Ingredients

  1. Fill the seeds with 1 liter of cold water for 2-3 hours, then discard in a colander and rinse.
  2. Combine the seeds with 750 ml of cold water and beat everything with a blender until smooth. Leave the mass for 30-40 minutes.
  3. The liquid should turn white.
  4. Cut cucumbers, radishes and avocados into small cubes or strips. Finely chop the greens.
  5. Grind the herbs with a pinch of salt. Squeeze lemon juice. Strain the seed milk through a fine sieve.
  6. Combine vegetables with herbs and milk from seeds, add lemon juice, mustard, salt and pepper to taste, mix well.
