Very chocolate biscuit - the recipe is simple and quick.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Separate egg whites from yolks. Using a mixer, beat the whites well, adding sugar, until a stable white mass.
  2. Beat the yolks with powdered sugar. Add sifted flour and cocoa.
  3. This is followed by melted butter (not hot!). You can add soda quenched with vinegar or lemon juice to the dough.
  4. Put the whipped proteins into the dough and very gently (!) Mix.
  5. Preheat the oven to 180-190 degrees. Pour the dough into a greased or lined with parchment paper. Bake in a preheated oven for 20-30 minutes (depending on the size of the mold, you can check the readiness with a wooden stick - it should be dry).
  6. If desired, the chocolate biscuit can be cut into two cakes and layered with cream.
