  1. Peel the potatoes, cut into pieces, pour water in a saucepan, add salt and boil the potatoes until soft (20-25 minutes).
  2. Drain the potatoes and mash them in mashed potatoes with a crush.
  3. Grease the waffle crust with warm mashed potatoes (the crust will quickly become soft).
  4. Place the sausages around the rim of the crust.
  5. When the crust has softened enough from the mashed potatoes, wrap the sausages in it.
  6. Pressing the edges lightly, form a tight waffle crust roll with mashed potatoes and sausages.
  7. Cut the roll into pieces, about 3-4 cm wide.
  8. For batter, mix milk, egg and flour, lightly salt and pepper.
  9. Beat the batter with a whisk until smooth.
  10. Dip the waffle rolls in the batter.
  11. Heat the oil in a skillet and place the rolls in the skillet.
  12. Fry waffle rolls with potatoes and sausages on all sides until golden brown, for 3-4 minutes.
  13. It is advisable to serve such a dish hot.
