Yoghurt-creamy dessert with grapes, the basis for which is prepared without baking - from cookies.

Ingredients

  1. Crush cookies into crumbs.
  2. Add chopped chocolate and condensed milk.
  3. Stir.
  4. A suitable form (detachable or regular), with a diameter of about 22 cm, cover with foil. Carefully tamp the sand base, laying it on the bottom of the mold.
  5. In a saucepan, heat cream with vanilla sugar, icing sugar and gelatin. According to the instructions on the gelatin package, bring to a certain temperature so that the gelatin is completely dissolved.
  6. Let the mixture cool and stir in the room temperature yogurt.
  7. Pour the mixture over the cookie base and refrigerate for 3-4 hours.
  8. When the creamy yogurt layer has completely hardened, put the grapes cut into halves on top.
  9. Heat the grape juice with the gelatin and also dissolve the gelatin completely.
  10. Cool the grape juice with the dissolved gelatin to room temperature and carefully pour over the grapes.
  11. Put the dessert in the refrigerator for another 4 hours - until completely solidified.
  12. Carefully remove the finished dessert from the mold. If desired, you can decorate it with something on top, such as whipped cream, marshmallows, or, like mine, marshmallow cubes.
