Young potatoes with garlic

The classic preparation of young potatoes is boiled young potatoes with garlic and lavrushka, butter and fresh dill.

  1. Wash the young potatoes. Peel off.
  2. Cut the potatoes into 4 pieces. Cover with water, 2 fingers higher than the potatoes.
  3. Boil the potatoes over low heat, add bay leaves and garlic squeezed through a press 5 minutes after boiling. Stir and cook the young potatoes with garlic and bay leaf until the potatoes are tender.
  4. Remove potatoes from heat, drain water, add butter. Stir the potatoes.
  5. Chop washed and dried dill. Add to the pot with boiled young potatoes, distribute the herbs evenly.
