A simple microwave zebra cake recipe. It's more of a pudding than a cake, but it looks very appetizing!

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Combine eggs and sugar.
  2. Beat eggs with sugar, pour in water.
  3. Add flour, mix.
  4. Divide the dough in half, add cocoa to half of the dough and mix well.
  5. Line the form for the test with oiled paper. Pour a small portion of light dough into the middle of the mold (2-3 tablespoons).
  6. Then right on it (strictly in the center) - a spoonful of brown dough. Repeat until the dough runs out.
  7. The top can be decorated. To do this, you need to draw a toothpick from the center to the edge and from the edge to the center, forming a flower.
  8. Bake the Zebra Pie in the microwave at 80% power level (400-450 watts) for 10-12 minutes.
