I offer you a recipe for a very healthy tea or, rather, a decoction of ginger. The taste is somewhat specific - I personally drink this tea only when my throat hurts, but my husband really likes it.

  1. 1. For one cup, peel about 3 cm of ginger root and finely chop or grate. Pour hot water, bring to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes over low heat.
  2. 2. Pour into cups by straining through a sieve. Add honey and lemon juice to taste.
