Куриное филе под кабачковой шубой

A very simple but delicious chicken fillet recipe.

Ingredients

• chicken fillet 3 pcs
• zucchini (if you like this vegetable, you can safely increase the amount) 200-250 g
• mayonnaise (or sour cream, or homemade yogurt) 1 tbsp
• egg (but you can do without it) 1 pc
• 1 clove garlic
• cheese 150 g
• salt pepper

Directions

1. The fillet should be cut lengthwise into 2 parts, beat off, salt and pepper. Put on a greased baking sheet (I also lined with baking paper).
2. Grate the zucchini on a medium grater, squeeze, do not salt. Add sour cream, egg, chopped garlic. Put the mass on the fillet.
3. Top with grated cheese.
4. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes at 180 degrees.
5. Best served with mashed potatoes
