Lentil Soup with Meatballs

One of the favorite soups of our family, we have been preparing it for many years. Because it always turns out to be very satisfying and cooks quickly. Children also like this healthy soup. Prepared with available ingredients. Conveniently, we put all the ingredients in the soup at the same time. It is very convenient and time-saving.

Ingredients

• red lentils - 1 glass
• cabbage - 200 g.
• minced beef - 400 g.
• salt and pepper to taste.
• onion - 1 piece
• carrots - 2 pieces
• bunch of greens

Directions

1. Pour water into a bowl and cook. Salt and pepper the minced meat and form small balls. As the water boils, add the meatballs. Add cabbage, chopped into small pieces, grated carrots and onions.
2. Add washed lentils and cook for exactly half an hour. Pour the prepared soup into small plates and sprinkle with herbs on top. Enjoy your meal!
