When I feel bad, I drink it, and my mood rises by itself - thanks to the ginger. When I feel too good and need to calm down, just enjoying the moment, I again make this magic tea, and cardam envelops me with its gentle warmth. The list of the beneficial qualities of this tea goes on and on. But why a thousand words, when you can just brew tea and enjoy its taste and aroma, everything else will come.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. The first step is to combine all the spices into one tea mixture.
  2. To prepare the tea itself, pour 1 tbsp. spices with 2 glasses of water and put on fire. Bring to a boil. Cook over low heat for another 15-20 minutes. We filter.
  3. You can serve this tea just like that without anything. But to emphasize the taste of all the spices, I add a teaspoon of honey to the glass of the drink. To soften the flavor of the spices, I add hot frothed milk to the tea before serving.
  4. Just before serving (in a large bowl), the tea can be lightly sprinkled with saffron and cinnamon. Wonderful tea! Very conducive to conversation!
