  2. While the drumsticks are soaking, prepare the marinade: transfer the Dijon mustard, chopped garlic, onion and thyme into a large bowl. Salt and pepper to taste. Then mix well until a homogeneous mass is formed, then rub the chicken drumsticks well with marinade on all sides. Close the bowl or saucepan with a lid and put it in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours. We take out the marinated chicken drumsticks from the refrigerator and put them on a baking sheet covered with foil or in a special fireproof mold. I bake in a fireproof glass pan. Add the sliced ​​carrots. Lightly pour over each drumstick with marinade and vegetable oil. We put in a well preheated oven (200-220 degrees) for 20 minutes. Then we take out a form or a baking sheet, pour each drumstick with the resulting juice, reduce the temperature to 180 degrees and bake for another 15 minutes. When the drumsticks are browned, turn off the oven, and leave the drumsticks for another 10-15 minutes in the oven.
