Belyashi are high-calorie foods. However, from time to time you can pamper yourself with this delicious juicy dish with dietary, tender minced beaver meat!

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Prepare the dough first. Pour kefir into a deep container, stir in soda. Leave it on for 5-10 minutes. Please note that the bowl should be with a margin, since kefir will noticeably increase in volume.
  2. Add 6 tablespoons of vegetable oil, eggs, salt to the mixture. Now add flour, stirring, until you have a tender, soft dough. Cover it with cling film, leave to rest for 30 minutes.
  3. Rub the onions on a medium wire rack or twist them in a meat grinder. Combine with minced meat. Salt, pepper, add 2 tablespoons of water. Optionally, you can replace the liquid with cream, milk or sour cream.
  4. Separate a small portion from the dough. Roll into a sausage, cut into washers and roll in flour. Next, roll it out, put a portion of minced meat in the center, pinch the edges, leaving the middle open, press down the workpiece a little. Blind all the whites.
  5. Preheat a frying pan, pour in so much oil that its level is about the middle of the whites. When the oil is well heated, reduce the temperature to 1/3 of the power, start frying the products with the hole down. As soon as the blanks acquire a beautiful golden color, turn over, cook on the second side.
  6. Place the whites first on a paper napkin, then on a serving dish. Eat hot.
