Beef twigs in a multicooker

Ingredients

  1. Fry onions and carrots in 1 tbsp. l. vegetable oil in a multicooker at 160 degrees for 10 minutes.
  2. Mash pod beans (without juice) in a bowl.
  3. Add roasted onions and carrots, salt, and stir.
  4. Cut the meat into portions, and beat on both sides.
  5. Layout the filling on the balls and wrap the rolls.
  6. Secure with toothpicks or floss. Fry the rolls in oil until ruddy crust.
  7. Mix sour cream and water, salt, and pepper.
  8. Then pour this mixture krucheniki and leave them in the same mode for 30-35 minutes.
  9. Serve hot.
