Beefsteak tartare

All meat eaters are familiar with such a dish as steak. This is a beef steak. And many people know what tartare is: it is a snack made from raw fish or meat. But what if you combine these dishes in one?

  1. Grind horse meat into minced meat through a meat grinder. Add salt, pepper, mustard, tomato paste and chopped capers with onions. Also add 4 eggs, vinegar and vegetable oil.
  2. Mix the mixture well. Wrap it in plastic wrap. Put the minced meat in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  3. Shape the meat into cutlets by making a depression in the middle. Pour the egg into them. Serve with a side dish.
