Chicken skewers are very tender and tasty. If desired, you can pour liquid smoke.

  1. Combine honey, curry powder, salt, paprika, red pepper and garlic in a large bowl. Cut the fillet into strips 1.5 cm thick. Put the fillet in the prepared spicy mixture, mix well, cover with a tight lid and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, but better for a day.
  2. Meanwhile, mix yogurt, mint, water, onion, garlic, pepper and salt. Cover and refrigerate.
  3. Turn on the oven 180 degrees with the rack set at a distance of 15 cm from the heat source. Line a baking sheet with foil, brush with oil. Thread fillets onto wooden skewers. Place on a baking sheet and cover loose ends of wooden skewers with foil. Bake until golden brown for about 15 minutes. Serve skewers with prepared sauce.
