Blackcurrant tea with mint

I invented this tea myself. It goes especially well in the morning. Mint invigorates, and dried black currant berries are like precious beads, which contain so much useful!
Scientists call blackcurrant one of the most beneficial berries for human health. It is a concentrate of vitamins and minerals.

  1. Scald the teapot with boiling water. Drain the water.
  2. Add black tea, dried black currants and mint.
  3. Fill the kettle half with hot water and leave to steep for 5 minutes.
  4. After 5 minutes, top up with hot water. We pour and enjoy! Can be diluted with boiling water. Add honey if desired.
