Boiled bear paws are a delicious Far Eastern dish. During preliminary stripping, it is important to ensure that the skin is not damaged. Then all the gelling substances will not fall into the broth, but will remain inside and the meat will turn out to be very juicy, tender and tasty.

  3. Now strip the skin again, rinse the paws. Place in a saucepan, add spices, bring to a boil.
  4. Skim off the formed foam. Reduce heat to low, simmer covered for 5-6 hours.
  5. Take out the meat, cool a little, remove the skin.
  6. Serve the Bear Meat with Pickles, Fresh Vegetables and Potato Garnish
