Today I bring to your attention a chicken recipe. Only instead of thighs, we will take a more dietary breast and bake it, not fry it - it will turn out to be both tasty and healthy! ;)

  4. Prepare the breading mixture.
  5. Grind stale white bread in a blender.

  8. In a bowl, combine ground white bread, parmesan, soft butter and salt.

  11. Lightly rub the chicken slices with salt.
