A hearty cabbage casserole that's good both cold and hot

Cut the cabbage into thin strips, scald, pour milk, simmer for thirty minutes. Fry minced meat, carrots, onions, chopped garlic, sprinkle with pepper and salt. Beat eggs, a few tablespoons of mayonnaise and flour, put cooled cabbage into the resulting mixture, stir.
Put half of the egg and cabbage mixture in a special mold, then spread the minced meat, put the rest of the cabbage on it. Spread with sauce (a mixture of ketchup and sour cream). Cook cabbage casserole with meat for thirty minutes at medium temperature.
