Chicken and buckwheat meatballs in sauce

My family loves this dish very much. I including meatballs, but a light chicken breast or turkey without skin, the sauce and side dish are already inside, that is, buckwheat

Ingredients

• chicken breast (turkey) 900 g
• buckwheat (dry) 120 g
• onion 2 pcs (small)
• 3 cloves garlic
• dill or parsley greens - in minced meat and sauce
• processed cheese (type "carat", "amber") 2 pcs
• sour cream 10% 120 g
• egg 1 pc
• cream - 20% 50 ml
• salt, pepper to taste
• vegetable oil - for lubricating the mold

Directions

1. So .... we separate the breast from the bones, peel it from the skin (there is the fat itself), peel the onion, forest floor, wash the greens.
2. Boil buckwheat until half cooked and cool.
3. Scroll fillet, onion, garlic, greens. Mix minced meat with buckwheat, egg .... add salt and pepper. Stir and refrigerate for 15-20 minutes.
4. In the meantime, we cut the cheese into cubes, this will be the filling for the meatballs, we leave half the pack for the sauce.
5. We form meatballs and hide a piece of cheese in the middle, put them in a greased form.
6. Let's make the sauce ... mix the sour cream, cream, the remaining cheese, salt, herbs.

9. We put in the oven at t 200 for about 35 minutes.
