Chicken and vegetable skewers

Skewers of chicken meat and vegetables are cooked with sweet chili sauce.

Ingredients

  1. Cut the chicken fillet into 3.5-4 cm pieces. Peel and cut the pineapple into 3.5-4 cm cubes. Cut the bell pepper into the same pieces. Cut the red onion into 4cm pieces.
  2. On metal or bamboo skewers, string, alternating, chicken fillet, pineapple, pepper and onion at a distance of 0.5 cm from each other. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  3. Preheat the grill to preheat to medium-high. Put the skewers on the grill grate, fry under a closed lid for about 20 minutes, brushing with chili sauce for the last 5 minutes of cooking.
  4. Serve skewers immediately.
