  9. Stage 2 - frying - grilling!
  10. At hour "X" we take out the chicken and dry it on a napkin.
  11. We put the sauce on a high fire (without fanaticism) and boil until

  13. Grease the grill pan (or a simple one) (just grease it, not pour it!) With vegetable oil and fry the chicken pieces for 5 minutes on each side.
  14. Pour the strained sauce over the finished chicken.
