I saw the recipe on the Flemish channel, it was prepared by my favorite cook, Jeroen Meus, because I am not indifferent to chicken breast, I immediately began to cook it!
I was very pleased with the result!

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Wash greens, dry, chop finely. If you are using onions, try to chop them very finely too. Add cream cheese, a pinch of salt, pepper and stir to combine.
  2. Wash the breast, dry it, make deep cuts horizontally, without cutting to the end. There is no need to salt the breasts! Put half of the cream cheese in the lower half of the breast, close it with the top, then take 2 thin slices of ham or bacon, make a "blanket" and cover the breast with it on all sides.
  3. Grease a tin with a little olive oil, lay out the stuffed breasts, drizzle with olive oil on top and bake at 180 ° C for 25 minutes. I cooked in a ceramic pan, so I turned on the oven when I put the breast pan in the oven and baked for 27 minutes.
  4. Leave in the turned off oven for another 10 minutes, then carefully cut into pieces
  5. Serve with any side dish. I served with vegetable salad.
