Chicken broth with rice and herbs

Directions

  1. In boiling water, put chicken, a whole onion and carrots grated on a coarse grater, salt and spices to taste. Boil a strong broth.
  2. Boil the rice separately in salted water, then rinse and pour back into the pan. Remove the chicken from the broth, cut.
  3. Arrange the rice in portions on the plates, pour over the hot broth and add a piece of chicken to each plate. Sprinkle with herbs.
