Chinese Rice with Egg

  1. Boil the rice for about 10-12 minutes, almost until tender, but not completely soft. Drain and rinse under cold water, drain again.
  2. Pour eggs into a saucepan, beat a little, put on a low heat, heat, stirring occasionally, until they grab a little.
  3. Heat oil in a large wok. Add crushed garlic, finely chopped onion, boiled peas and fry, stirring occasionally, for 1-2 minutes. Add rice to the wok, stir. Add eggs, light soy sauce and a pinch of salt and stir. Arrange on bowls, garnish with chopped green onions and serve.
