Chicken chop with vegetables and cheese

A multi-layered chop in which the meat is not intended to play the first role, it is the base on which vegetables, cheese, yoghurt and olives fit.

Ingredients

  1. Peel and grate the carrots. Cut the onions into half rings. Simmer both ingredients in a little water. Blanch the ripe tomato in boiling water for two minutes, remove the skin. Cut the fruit into circles. Peel sweet bell peppers and cut into strips. Grate low fat hard cheese. Beat off chicken breasts, season with salt and pepper to taste, roll in flour.
  2. Put the chicken chops on a baking sheet, top with stewed onions and carrots, then a layer of bell pepper, tomato, pour over with natural yogurt. Cut olives in half, put on yoghurt, sprinkle with grated cheese. Pour a little water or broth on a baking sheet, put the meat, bake chicken chops under vegetables and cheese at 200 degrees until tender. Serve with herbs.

  4. It is better to beat off the meat through cling film or a plastic bag. You can boil pasta as a side dish.
