Chicken chops in carrot breading

These chops cook quite quickly and are tender and juicy.

  1. Beat the chicken fillet a little on each side. Blot with paper towel, season with salt and pepper. Grate the carrots, mix with herbs and bread crumbs. Beat the egg in a separate deep plate with 2 tbsp. l. oils. Pour flour into the third plate. Heat a couple of tbsp in a skillet. l. vegetable oil. Roll the chops first in flour, then in an egg, then roll in carrots. Not even completely roll, but press the carrot breading from 2 sides to the chop. Fry in a skillet for about 4-5 minutes on each side.
