  1. Finely chop the onion and fry in oil.
  2. Wash, dry and remove the skin of the chicken or chicken legs.
  3. Soak white bread (or loaf) in cream or milk.
  4. Pass the chicken fillet, fried onions and soaked and squeezed bread through a meat grinder.
  5. Salt and pepper the minced meat, add the egg and nutmeg.
  6. Form cutlets from minced meat, breaded in breadcrumbs or flour and fry over low heat, in butter, until tender (10-15 minutes).
