Today we cook juicy, tender and very tasty chopped chicken cutlets (chicken fillet pancakes) at home. Such cutlets can be prepared not only from chicken, but also from turkey. Cutlets can be cooked with different additives: cheese, mushrooms, corn. And you can also cook these cutlets without flour - with starch. And to choose from: with mayonnaise or sour cream.

  1. Wash the chicken fillet and dry well with paper towels.
  2. Cut the meat into small cubes.
  3. Peel the garlic and finely chop or pass through a garlic extractor.
  4. Wash greens, dry and chop finely.
  5. Add garlic, herbs, eggs, mayonnaise to the chicken fillet.
  6. And mix well.
  7. Add starch.
  8. And stir again.
  9. Remove the bowl of meat in the refrigerator and let it brew for 1-2 hours or leave at room temperature for 30-40 minutes (this is not necessary).
  10. Heat some butter with vegetable oil in a frying pan.
  11. Gather the meat mixture with a tablespoon and place in a preheated pan.
  12. Fry the cutlets until golden brown on one side, then turn over and fry until golden brown on the other side.
  13. Reduce heat to low, cover and cook until tender.
  14. Enjoy your meal!
