Chicken cutlets with garlic sauce

These chicken cutlets are juicy and tender. If you grease with sour cream and do not add garlic, then you can even give it to babies.

  1. Mix the minced chicken with carrots and onions. If you make minced meat yourself, then it is better to pass them through a meat grinder. You can grate carrots on a fine grater, but I like to grind them better. Add salt, spices and semolina (you can also add a couple of tablespoons of sour cream. Mix everything well. Let stand for 20 minutes.
  2. We form cutlets, put in a mold. Grease the top with sauce (garlic + mayonnaise). Pour some water at the bottom and put in the oven for 30 minutes, bake at t = 180-200 *
