What a divine chicken turns out! And why didn't I do it before ..?

Ingredients

Directions

  1. In a dry frying pan, combine salt and sugar, heat over high heat until the mixture turns into a liquid brown caramel.
  2. Attention, the mixture turns into caramel quickly enough, I recommend stirring constantly and not leaving the stove.
  3. Once the mixture has turned into caramel, pour a glass of water into the skillet, reduce heat and stir until the caramel crust is completely dissolved.
  4. Rub the chicken thoroughly with the garlic passed through a press, add a little more salt (you don't need to do this).
  5. Fold the prepared chicken on a baking sheet (you do not need to grease the baking sheet with oil), pour caramel water over each leg on top.
  6. Bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for about 1 hour 10 minutes (until golden brown).
  7. Do not rush to pour out the resulting liquid after cooking, prepare a side dish on it.
  8. What can be served as a side dish?
  9. Cut the potatoes into large pieces, mix them with sour cream, vegetable oil, salt and Vegeta seasoning (all to taste). Place on a baking sheet with liquid and bake at the same temperature for about 25-30 minutes.
  10. Very tasty!
