Chicken fillet fritters / cutlets "Can I add some extras?"

A friend's husband works in England, in a French restaurant, from there the recipe

Ingredients

• chicken fillet
• egg 3 pcs
• flour 2 tablespoons
• sour cream a little
• dill
• salt
• pepper

Directions

1. Knead
2. 3 eggs +
3. 2 tablespoons flour +
4. not a lot of sour cream +
5. dill +
6. salt,
7. pepper
8. and add finely chopped chicken fillet to this mixture, and then spoon it into a frying pan ... such an interesting meat is obtained and very tasty (dill gives a funky taste)!
