An interesting combination of chicken, dried apricots, green peas and apples. A dish for those who are not afraid of bold culinary experiments looking for original and bold solutions.

  1. Pour olive oil into a high-sided skillet, add cumin and curry powder, stir and heat for a minute.
  2. Add chicken fillet, cut into pieces, fry until tender.
  3. Put the chicken on a plate.
  4. Wash apples, dry, cut into slices.
  5. In the pan where the chicken fillet was fried, add the onions, cut into half rings, garlic and apples.
  6. Fry all together for five minutes.
  7. Return the chicken to the pan.
  8. Wash dried apricots, dry on paper towels, add to the pan.
  9. Put frozen green peas, pour in half a glass of water or chicken broth, add ground pepper and salt, stir, cover, and simmer for five minutes.
  10. Place the mixture on a plate and serve.
