Bulgarian pepper and chicken go well with each other. Therefore, you should cook stewed meat with vegetables as a side dish - rice or mashed potatoes.

  1. Fillets are washed and cut into medium pieces.
  2. Roll the chicken in flour and fry in a preheated pan until golden brown. Spread the pieces on a plate.
  3. Finely chop the onion. Fry until semi-finished.
  4. Peeled peppers are cut into strips and add to the onion. Fry the vegetables for 5 minutes.
  5. Pressed garlic is thrown into the vegetables.
  6. Add a chicken fillet to the pan. Stir, salt, and pepper.
  7. Dilute the tomato paste with half a glass of water and add to the food.
  8. Stew the ingredients for 20 minutes.
  9. The finished dish is laid out on a plate and decorated with parsley.
