If you have ever tried grilled chicken fillet, then with a high degree of probability I can assume that it did not always turn out well. Personally, quite often the fillet came out dryish for me, and I had to fix it with some kind of sauce. However, after this recipe was recommended to me, grilled chicken fillet always turns out perfect! In addition, I supplemented the recipe with grilled vegetables. Thus, in the shortest possible time, you can cook a full dinner for the whole family, using only the grill.

  1. Each chicken fillet is divided into component muscles. First, we separate a small fillet from it. Then we divide each piece of large fillet lengthwise into 2 parts so that the chicken marinates and fries faster. We transfer the prepared fillet to a deep bowl in which we will marinate it.
  2. We press the garlic cloves with the wide side of the knife, randomly chop them and shift them to the chicken. We also season it with freshly ground pepper and pour soy sauce. Let marinate for 15-20 minutes.
  3. While the chicken is marinating, we have time to marinate the vegetables and prepare the grill for work.
  4. I will not stop with vegetables for a long time. I'll just take bell peppers, eggplant, corn, onions and cut them into convenient pieces for grilling. I will also grill asparagus, but it does not need preparation for cooking. The only thing I would like to draw your attention to is that I recommend piercing the onion with a toothpick so that it does not break into rings on the grill.
  5. We shift the vegetables into a deep bowl. Add your favorite spices. I use herbes de provence and salt. Be sure to water the vegetables with vegetable oil so that the spices are better revealed. Mix everything together and set aside.
  6. We fire up the grill. I cook on a gas grill, but it doesn't matter. We heat it up to 200 degrees. We clean the grid. And put the chicken fillet on it.
  7. Fry the fillet on the grill for exactly 2.5 minutes, then turn over to the other side. After another 2.5 minutes, remove the chicken from the heat.
  8. I remind you that the temperature of the finished chicken inside is 75 degrees. At the moment, this is the temperature inside the fillet. When the chicken meat rests, it will rise a little more.
  9. After the chicken, we send the vegetables to the grill. They are prepared quickly, literally 10 minutes, during which the vegetables will need to be turned over several times, and the side dish for the chicken is ready.
